Following the successful brand refresh of its sister company, RLC Residences, Robinsons Offices recognised the need to refine its own brand identity to align with the rapid changes in the office leasing business. The seismic impact of COVID-19 and the evolving technological demands of office tenants have necessitated a comprehensive re-evaluation of what it takes to lead in the future of office leasing.

Robinsons Offices boasts a portfolio of inspiring, state-of-the-art properties, with new developments on the horizon. At the same time, it has legacy buildings requiring refurbishment and repositioning to meet the high standards of a new generation of tenants. The brand identity needs to reflect these future developments while providing renewed inspiration for existing properties to safeguard the portfolio and attract tech-driven industries.

The brand design should be elegant, contemporary, and simple. It should uplift and inspire employees, tenants, customers, and visitors alike. It must reflect the brand’s ambition to lead the industry into the future, redefining workspaces and the very essence of progress.

 

The design features a Rising Spire in Robinsons’ signature colors of green and blue, replacing the outdated office-block logo. The Rising Spire symbolizes the company’s ambition, as well as that of their tenants who trust in the quality of Robinsons Offices. It aims to inspire all those considering investing in the future of the Philippines.

RESULT

The new Robinsons Offices identity has been launched to widespread acclaim, both internally and within the industry.
