Following the successful brand refresh of its sister company, RLC Residences, Robinsons Offices recognised the need to refine its own brand identity to align with the rapid changes in the office leasing business. The seismic impact of COVID-19 and the evolving technological demands of office tenants have necessitated a comprehensive re-evaluation of what it takes to lead in the future of office leasing.
Robinsons Offices boasts a portfolio of inspiring, state-of-the-art properties, with new developments on the horizon. At the same time, it has legacy buildings requiring refurbishment and repositioning to meet the high standards of a new generation of tenants. The brand identity needs to reflect these future developments while providing renewed inspiration for existing properties to safeguard the portfolio and attract tech-driven industries.
