Iced tea has always been a favourite option for fighting off the tropical heat, but it has usually come with the downside of high sugar content. With the fight against excessive sugar and for transparency of nutritional information high on the agenda, there’s a growing need to combine great flavour and cooling with a more healthy formula, so we were delighted to have the chance to work with POKKA on its Zero Iced Tea range. With no calories or sugar, it’s ‘zero’ done right, and we wanted to carry that through into bold, category-busting pack design that would get the new innovation noticed and trialled. Launched in June, the new peach and lemon flavoured beverages are already flying off the shelves.
